Transformers are films with 2 teams:

Autobots
Decepticons

They live on Cybertron and there life source is the Allspark.

Here is a story. Optimus (Leader of the Autobots) Threw the Allspark in the space bridge (Portal) Because Megatron (Leader of the Decepticons) want to use the Allspark to destroy the Autobots. After Optimus prime threw the Allspark all the Autobots went on ark (The Autobot’s spaceship) to search for the Allspark but Megatron made a spaceship -the Nemesis. They landed on Earth.
