Mountains and Volcanoes

Mountains are very big, rocky geographical features.

Sometimes they are habitats for bears. Other animals like bats, eagles and other birds also live in mountains.

Some famous mountains are Ben Nevis and Mount Everest.

Volcanoes look like mountains but they are not. They blow up with lava. Some of them blow up lots of times. One I know about is Mount Vesuvius. That buried Pompeii, which was a Roman city.
