Leonardo da Vinci

Da Vinci was an Italian polymath (a person who basically does everything) who was active as a:

• painter,
• draughtsman,
• engineer,
• scientist,
• theorist,
• sculptor,
• and architect!

He was a master of painting, sculpture, architecture, engineering, and science. His IQ is estimated to have been between 180 and 220, which would have placed him among the most intelligent people in history!

Da Vinci was a prolific inventor, with designs for hundreds of machines and devices.
