Diary of a wimpy kid is a book series created by the American author and illustrator Jeff Kinney.

The reasons that I love these books is because they are funny and are written in the 1st person which is unusual for most book..

There are 5 main members of the Heffley family which are the main characters of the 19 books in the series, here are the members of the family:

Manny Heffley (demon child)

Greg Heffley (who is the main character)

Rodrick Heffley (who is the oldest brother)

And there are the two parents (who are both terrible parents)
